Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Cancellation request received on or before 48 hours before the puja event are eligible to receive upto 50% refund of booking amount.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the puja event.
- Notice of cancellation must be made via the puja service booked from authorised e-mail to the email care@pujaparampara.com.
- A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 48 hours of working days and mentioned refund fees will be credited to the source from which the payment was made, within 12 working days, subject to Refund Policy.
- Refund requests must include the payment transaction details, order reference and reason for cancellation.
- A puja booking can be rescheduled by having proper communication through mail at no extra cost (in case if really possible on rescheduled date).
- If transaction was made fraudulently then puja parampara reserves the rights to cancel any of the services and issue a refund to the source from which the payment was made.
- If Puja Parampara Spiritual Services offers a puja service, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished. You are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any product or services at our web site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product or services we provide.
However, we do honour requests for refund where
- Non-delivery of the product or service: such as for example, due to some mailing issues you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us.
- Few software mistakes or manual difficulties with the product or service occurs sometimes: although all the products and services are thoroughly reviewed before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our care team for approval (care@pujaparampara.com).

Payment Policy
Registration is not complete until advance or full payment has been received. Advance or full Payments not received before the puja will result in non-delivery of our product/service. Payment may be made by Cash, Check, Visa Card, Master Card, Net banking or UPI.
