🕉 Which Tradition (Parampara) is followed by Puja Parampara?
We try to match your tradition for the puja through Vedic tradition and try to assign the priest accordingly. By default, the Puja Parampara follows the Vedic Puja Tradition. Our Priests are well qualified and experienced under the guidance of Guru Shishya Parampara.
🕉 What if I am not able to arrange some of the items under the home preparation list?
You can mention this under Special instructions at the time of checkout. Puja Parampara team will contact you in this regard via message / email/ phone call. If any of the items need additional charge, you will be informed accordingly.
🕉 Can I pay advance amount at the time of booking or should I pay in full?
Yes, of course you can choose to pay advance amount of 30% or full amount at the booking time. You have both options during booking that particular puja.
🕉 What procedure to be followed after the puja is booked?
After the booking is done, Puja Parampara assigns a relevant, qualified Priest as per your preference and location. Puja Confirmation will be done within 24-48 hours of booking. If not done, please contact us. In case if we are unable to make confirmation within 48 hours, whatever you have paid will be returned to the same account of your mode of transaction. We will share the assigned priest contact details 24 hours before the puja.
🕉 What if the priest is not available as per my reference?
Puja Parampara has a wide network of registered Priests who can handle multiple type of pujas and rituals. Unless it is a high demand season, the Priest as per your preference is usually available. In case of unavailability of preferred priest, Puja Parampara will assign a Priest that closely matches with your preference and tradition (Parampara). Example, if a Telugu Priest is not available in Bangalore, Kannada/Hindi Priest will be assigned for the same ritual.
🕉 What should I do if I have a custom puja request as it does not match with the details provided on the platform?
You can always get in touch with us by sending your enquiry to get the return call from us or you can contact through our contact mode. You will receive the quote accordingly within 24-48 hours.
🕉 What if the priest asks for Extra Amount/Dakshina?
All our registered Priests are trained for the same. If you find yourself in a position where you are asked for an extra amount from the priests or any of our associates, please inform us immediately through any of the contact details mentioned on the website.
🕉 What is the cancellation and refund policy?
We understand that you may have to cancel the Puja for some reasons. In case of the cancellation initiated from your side, please inform us officially as early as possible through our any of the contacts mentioned on the website.
1. If the puja is cancelled for more than 48 hours w.r.t puja date, 90% amount will be refunded. Even you can reschedule the puja date at the same place without any deductions.
2. If the puja is cancelled between 0 to 48 hours w.r.t puja date, 70% amount will be refunded.
We strive to provide the best divine experience possible, however in some cases if the assigned priest cannot attend to the scheduled Puja Place due to any reasons which are not in our control, then Puja Parampara shall process full refund within 6 working days.
🕉 Can Puja Parampara help me in finding an auspicious day or Shubha Muhurta?
Yes, during the booking process of check out you will be asked to select the date. If you are unsure of the puja date, please enquire with us by providing your Rashi, Nakshatra, and your preferred date range to perform the puja. We will contact you and let you know auspicious day or Shubha Muhurta within 24-48 hours. On getting the puja date from us, you can go ahead of booking the required puja on pujaparampara.com
🕉 What is Home Preparation list?
There are few household items required during the Puja which need to be arranged by the host. For example, things such as utensils, God Photos, Mats, Asanas, Bricks, Sand, etc. Usually there will be 3 choices for each puja namely Economy, Standard and Premium. Kindly go through these choices properly and discuss with us if you need any information. In the most of the Economy choice, Fruits and Flowers to be arranged by the host.
🕉 What next after receiving the priest assigned message?
You get home preparation list sufficiently in advance and Priest details 24 hours before the Puja. You are not required to contact Priest as they receive all relevant information automatically after he is assigned to your Puja. Any discussion should be done with Puja Parampara to avoid confusions.
